Health and Safety


ISS places a high importance on the health and safety and welfare of its staff and sub-contractors. All staff involved with the service routinely work on or by water and well acquainted with the Health and Safety requirements of this type of work in a public open space. The supplied boat, powered by a small outboard motor, will be operated by a member of personnel who has RYA Powerboat 2 boat handling qualification. A full Risk Assessment will be prepared in advance of the site visit and the necessary Personal Protective Equipment provided and used.
